User Responsibilities
Before Our Arrival
- Provide clear access instructions and ensure properties are accessible
- Notify us of any special areas requiring particular care or attention
- Ensure pets are secured or temporarily relocated during cleaning
During Service
- Provide reasonable supervision and respect our team's privacy
- Follow safety protocols and avoid interfering with cleaning equipment
- Communicate any concerns or special requests immediately
Prohibited Activities
- Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- Requesting services outside our scope or capabilities
- Providing false information or misrepresenting property conditions

Payment and Pricing Terms
Pricing Structure
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, property size, cleaning frequency, and specific requirements. All quotes include labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms
Residential Services: Payment is due upon completion of cleaning services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Commercial Services: Invoices are issued upon service completion and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Recurring Services: Monthly cleaning services may be billed in advance or upon completion, as agreed during booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure efficient scheduling and minimize disruption to other clients, we require advance notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Timeframes:
- • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
- • 24-48 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
- • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- • Less than 12 hours: 100% service fee applies
Rescheduling
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day rescheduling may be subject to availability.
Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
